Taya365 does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which remain your responsibility. Taya365 processes deposits on a best-efforts basis and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank holidays, or technical issues outside our control.
Deposits are credited in MYR at the prevailing internal exchange rate for cryptocurrency transactions. Cryptocurrency deposit values are calculated at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain network.

Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes subject to network confirmation times.
Taya365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Processing times may be extended during such reviews.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taya365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Taya365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Taya365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be held liable for service outages caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Taya365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for verified breaches, Taya365 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation or KYC process, unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through our support team, the matter may be escalated to our senior compliance team by submitting a formal written complaint to the platform email address. Written complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and formally responded to within 14 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Taya365 is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
Taya365 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, we will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
The version of these Terms published on the Platform at any given time shall be the operative version. Taya365 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to ensure awareness of the current provisions.
